Steam context menu. The reason it's called "context menu" is because it allows you to do a number of different things in Chrome and Chrome OS.
Now, the important thing is that it's available only in Chrome. That means, if you have Chrome installed on your computer, you'll be able to use this menu.
It's still in early development, so some things don't work yet.
The most important things you should know about it:
It allows you to find things on your computer.
It allows you to search for games on Steam, SteamDB, or IsThereAnyDeal using the context menu in Google Chrome.
